Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Gazelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to erase your personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or Google accounts, then securely pack the device in its original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
